Manaia & Silva Consultores Lda is founded by two colleagues from ISE - Lisbon School of Economics and Management, with experience of financial management in a multinational environment, aiming to provide financial management services to SMEs in Outsourcing.
The company establishes a partnership agreement for the marketing, implementation and technical assistance of "Primavera software" ERP, a leading Portuguese company in the software market for SMEs.
As a small company it reaches an annual turnover of € 500m and employs an average of 16 employees.
The company acquires its own headquarters creating better working conditions for the team and Clients.
Change of the name of the company to MAXSOURCE - Consultores de Gestão Lda with entry in the capital of new members.
The company begins the first steps towards the future opening of new business areas (Audit and Legal review of accounts).
