Managing partner
Born in 1963, he graduated in Business Administration from ISE (Technical University of Lisbon), postgraduate degree in Taxation, MSc in Accounting, Taxation and Business Finance from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics and Management.
Registration in the Order of Statutory Auditors (OROC). Registration in the Order of Certified Accountants (OCC).
He is the founder of Maxsource and, since 1996, he has been general manager and chief financial officer of his clients.
From 1988 to 1996 he worked in the following companies: Pfizer Pharmaceuticals - 'Chief planning and budget controller'; Printemps (Sonae) - 'Financial Controller'; Adágio - Chief Financial Officer; Gebr. Schmidt - GS (Portugal) - CFO / Chief Financial Officer.
I&T partner
Born in 1975, graduated in Computer Engineering.
He has held positions at Maxsource since 2000 as Senior Software Engineering and is responsible for software development, implementations of collaborative HR portals, reporting tools and business intelligence.
He also participated in projects at Societe Generale in Angola.
Web Development Manager
Born in 1992, degree in Environmental Engineering (Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade de Coimbra).
He has been working at Maxsource since 2020 as "Web Developer" and is responsible for the development of the "Max4You" platform.
Tax&Legal partner
Born in 1976, graduated in Law (Universidade Clássica de Lisboa), postgraduate degree in Taxation.
Registered in the Portuguese Bar Association, currently being "Tax & Legal partner".
In 2008 he began his professional activity, having since that time developed his activity with a special focus in the areas of tax, labor and commercial law.
Accounting&Tax supervisor
Born in 1970, graduated in business management (Universidade Lusiada).
Certified accountant since 1998. Has held in Maxsource since 2000 currently being "Accounting&Tax supervisor."
In 1996 he began his professional activity in the financial department of Rentokil, having since then assumed responsibility for accounting and reporting.
Human resources supervisor
Born in 1977, graduated in financial control (ISCAL).
Certified Accountant since 2002. He has held positions at Maxsource since 2007 and is currently Human Resource Supervisor.
In 1999, he began his professional activity at J. Castanheira SA.
In the course of his professional experience, he has developed significant experience in the financial and labor areas.

Manaia & Silva Consultores Lda is founded by two colleagues from ISE - Lisbon School of Economics and Management, with experience of financial management in a multinational environment, aiming to provide financial management services to SMEs in Outsourcing.
The company establishes a partnership agreement for the marketing, implementation and technical assistance of "Primavera software" ERP, a leading Portuguese company in the software market for SMEs.
As a small company it reaches an annual turnover of € 500m and employs an average of 16 employees.
The company acquires its own headquarters creating better working conditions for the team and Clients.
Change of the name of the company to MAXSOURCE - Consultores de Gestão Lda with entry in the capital of new members.
The company begins the first steps towards the future opening of new business areas (Audit and Legal review of accounts).
